What: Art and Article Contest

When:
Submissions accepted until 9/1
Public Voting: 9/1 - 9/18
Results: 9/20

What Qualifies:
Anything that relates to MLS to PDX - neutral, in favor or opposing
Essays, artwork, photos, video - as long as it can be presented on this site for voting
No nudity or obscenity (editor will decide what is obscene, but language will generally
not be considered obscene)

The Prize:
A minimum of $111 in cash will be awarded to a single winner
Prize package may include additional items

Submission and Selection rules:
Editor has exclusive right to reject any submission for any reason
Unless rejected, submissions become the property of MLS to PDX and may be
reproduced and used in any form
There is no limit to the number of submissions per person
Submissions must be original content created by the submitter and exclusive to MLSto
PDX.com

Submitter does not need to be a resident of Portland
